This second one-of-a-kind Fish Eye Jasper, also safely described as an orbicular jasper, is a polished oval stone with a softer peach, blush, cream and muted reddish-brown palette. Measuring approximately 30mm x 40mm, it has a smooth rounded shape and a distinctive surface filled with circular orb-like markings, fine natural lines and contrasting mineral patterning. The exact piece shown in the photographs is the piece you will receive.

The front of this stone is particularly striking. Several pale circular forms appear across the surface, including one larger orb near the centre and smaller rounded patterns toward the top and lower edge. Darker natural lines divide areas of peach, cream and dusty rose, creating a webbed mosaic effect around the orbs. Toward the lower section, smaller concentric circles sit against warmer orange-red patches. From another angle, the stone shows a gentle satin-like polish and subtle variation in depth and tone, with the pattern continuing naturally around the curved edges.

“Fish Eye Jasper” is a trade name sometimes used for orbicular-patterned jasper material, while “orbicular jasper” is a broader descriptive term for stones that display rounded or eye-like features. Because trade names can vary and can overlap with materials sold as Ocean Jasper or other orbicular jaspers, this listing uses both terms without claiming a specific geological locality that cannot be confirmed from photographs alone.

This is a polished loose crystal rather than a pendant or mounted jewellery piece. Its compact size makes it easy to carry as a pocket stone, keep beside a journal, place on an altar or display shelf, use as a tactile meditation object, or simply add to a collection of unusual patterned stones. The oval shape is comfortable to hold, while the circular markings give the piece plenty of visual interest from different angles.

In crystal traditions, jasper is traditionally associated with steadiness, grounded reflection and connection with the natural world. Orbicular jaspers are often symbolically linked with cycles, perspective and the idea of recognising patterns over time. Some people choose this type of stone as a focus for meditation, journalling or intention-setting because the circular formations can feel visually rhythmic and contemplative. These meanings are traditional and symbolic rather than scientific or medical claims, and this item is sold as a decorative, collectible and personal spiritual piece rather than as a treatment or guarantee of a particular outcome.

Natural jasper may contain inclusions, fine lines, pits, healed fractures, colour changes and slight variations in polish. Those characteristics are part of the stone’s natural formation and are not necessarily flaws. This particular piece has visible fine crackle-like lines and several rounded mineral structures that give it its individual appearance. The photographs show the actual stone being sold, although colours can vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

To care for this polished jasper, avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and repeated soaking. A soft dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth is normally sufficient for routine cleaning. Store it away from harder stones, metal jewellery or sharp objects if you wish to reduce the chance of scratching the polished surface. If carrying it regularly, a small pouch can help keep it protected.

This exact Fish Eye Jasper / Orbicular Jasper polished oval measures approximately 30mm x 40mm. Only one is available. Once sold, the exact markings, orb placement and colour pattern shown in these photographs will not be restocked.
